Excellent visit from start to finish. Attentive staff, excellent food. Very good Covid adherence. Great stay for Christmas! Oakfield park was lovely. Kids loved it and enjoyed all the games/ fun with elves.

We stayed for the Santa experience and the whole thing was brilliant. Even with all the restrictions/measures the staff went above and beyond and are an absolute credit to the hotel! Will definitely book again next year.

Excellent break with the family. Ambiance very pleasant although the reception area was not as festive as it had been in the old days. Santa Express really great and children’s entertainment most enjoyable especially the magician.

Spacious rooms, excellent costumer service. The Santa experience was very good and well organised, this consisted of a movie night with hot choc mulled wine during the Christmas movie and a small gift from the main man himself, the following day a magic show was on for the children whereby the parents could do a spot of shopping if they wanted. That evening we went to a beautiful country park to meet Santa this was lovely. We had a lovely time thank you.

We all had an absolute ball. The set up for our kids for the weekend just before Christmas and it was magical. We had movies on the Friday night with a visit from Santa and Christmas music. Then Saturday we had a magician show then an amazing experience at Oakfield park. The staff were lovely the room was massive and comfortable. The food was gorgeous and very reasonable. We love staying here and never disappoints.

We travelled from Monaghan this w/end to experience Jackson's Santa's Hotel in Ballybofey what an incredible time all 12 of us had. From our arrival everything was full of Christmas spirit and was laid out to cater for all ages young and old. Santa's meet and greet on Friday evening was great then the Elves workshop on Saturday was superb ran by very willing and eager young adults. But what beat all was our train ride around the enchanted forest as our son called it and last but not least getting to meet Santa in his cottage. I would just like to thank all off you in your hotel and wish you all a very Merry Christmas.
